the nativity

I wrote this post before Christmas and had it saved as a draft. I know Christmas is over, but its a sweet story and would like to share :)



Our little guy does not often pose for the camera. He would much prefer being the one behind the camera taking photographs.



Much to my surprise today he asked me to take a picture. He rounded up the kings and shepherds, Mary and Joseph, and placed them in a circle around Jesus.



I would have placed Jesus in the manger with Mary and Joseph and the surrounding characters. But he placed them in a circle so they could all see Jesus. Bryce's ability to see things in a new and different way continues to amaze me.
