an easel

I picked up an easel at the thrift store Saturday. It has its share of marker marks, but for $3 our kids can just add marks of their own!
We gave them chalk and white board crayons in their Easter baskets. (I love the white board crayons. Far less dangerous to our walls than a black whiteboard marker)

And I've seen an artistic side of Bryce I haven't seen before. He has little interest in coloring books or practicing handwriting. But with the new chalkboard I've seen our little guy draw tigers and suns with faces and develop stories with his pictures...Its really fun to see!
