pint-sized visitors

Last week baby Asher and his big sister Abigail came over for the afternoon. They were precious to watch. I forget what its like to watch a pre-crawler. He loved to chew on toys or just be held.

And fyi, I'm terrible at letting infants cry it out at naptime. 5 minutes feels like an eternity! So if you want me to watch your kids I'm probably not going to let them cry for more than 5 minutes :)

And Abigail fit right in with Bryce and Kinsey. They all shared a lunch and played well together. Yes, I do believe those are goldfish on the floor...

And Monday Miss Freya Jane spent the day with us. She is such a sweetheart. She helped me sort my tupperware.
Our kids showing Freya the pack in play.

And she picked on Bryce while he watched cartoons.

How quickly I forget what its like with small ones. I take for granted that my kiddos go up and down the stairs on their own, or that I can leave Bryce downstairs to watch a cartoon. If we ever decide to expand our family I'd have to relearn everything!

Such sweet pictures, Julia! Thanks for sharing those:) Thanks again a million times over for keeping Freya:) You are so kind---and thanks for letting her mess up the Tupperware---I need to get mine in a more accessible place, then maybe the pots and pans won't be such a temptation!

I love the smiley picture of Asher! Thanks again for watching the kiddos. Also, I don't think Asher minded being held rather than napping :)
