This was yesterday. I was trying to get the kids in the car...they are so pokey in the morning! I'm seriously considering afternoon preschool/kindergarten so we can take our mornings slow!

And they can tell that its warmer than usual.

This girl has a strong distaste for hats and mittens! I'm surprised I got a picture of her with her hat on. 

Bryce won't wear his sneakers in the snow and his old boots were snug so I bought new boots for he and lee last weekend. Thankfully REI has snowboots on clearance. They work in the rain too so we should be covered for a year or 2!
