Lee and I collected a lot of raspberries this year from the bushes in our backyard. We froze them and then last Friday I made freezer jam. I picked a day when the kids weren't napping (why? I have no idea!) but its been weeks and I decided to just do it. I followed the pectin directions exactly, it ended up making 7 jars. I tried a jar on Saturday and I'm happy to say it set up nicely! I have a lot more jars in the basement, I might need can some applesauce next...
