A post for Bryce

Bryce, since you've turned 3 you know and say many letters, count with numbers, and recognize colors. You tell us when the light is green (go!) and red (stop!). And you express your opinion frequently on whether we should turn left or right. Oh and since you've turned 3 you frequently skip naps...

I met with Bryce's speech pathologist today to review testing they did a few weeks ago. His speech has improved greatly since last fall! He was around 50% intelligible then and is 60-80% intelligible now. In the fall he omitted a lot of his letters and now he recognizes a letter is there and substitutes the sound (for ex homing for coming or dat for that). In class they have auditory listening time, read a book, do a related craft and music. Today it was the phrase "5 little monkeys" and emphasize the letter M in monkey. We love you so much buddy! You are precious to us and a gift from God.
