Its been a challenging couple of weeks at the Fain household, mostly due to ongoing colds and also battling Bryce's newly diagnosed constipation. (Sorry Bryce if you read this later and are embarrassed!) And honestly I've been increasingly frustrated and burned out.
Then I came accross this. A post from our Pastor's daughter Talitha currently in South Africa. Here's an excerpt.
In America, we have almost everything. But do we have smiles on our faces? Most of the time, no. We grumble about the wrong kind of food, when many people have no food. We grumble about the size of our houses, when some people have no houses. We grumble about a having a cold, when many people live with AIDS.
Thankful I got a chance to read this...
