Last week Bryce's hearing and speech was tested, he has had a lot of ear infections but his hearing is fine! After his speech test we were told his receptive skills are in the high range but he needs some help putting words together and making sentences. So today we had our first speech class and he loved every minute of it!
Kinsey and I were disturbing the teacher so we spent half our time viewing them through the 1 way glass. I took a few videos so I'd remember what she was teaching him. She used a lot of sign language with her words, so it looks like we might be doing more signs at home.

Hey I just read this. We used to go to the speech pathologist when David was 1 (because he had trouble eating solid foods) and he just hated the lady and she was SO nice to him. They made him to mouth excercises to teach him to suck and swallow. Don't know if I ever mentioned it to you but it turns out thats why he used to take 1 full hour each time breastfeeding- he had problems sucking!
Did it help? She asked if he has problems swallowing, but I probably would have noticed?
I've got to find childcare for Kinsey...so its going to be interesting!
