Easter celebration

But because of His great love for us, God, who is rich in mercy, made us alive with Christ even when we were dead in transgressions—it is by grace you have been saved. Ephesians 2:4-5

We really enjoyed this Easter weekend! We attend the saturday night service at church, and this week was no exception. It felt a little strange attending Easter service on Saturday night, but maybe it will be a new family tradition! This morning Bryce got an Easter basket and Kinsey got her first purse. We gave Bryce a picture Bible and before bed read about Jesus' resurrection.

This was our 3rd Easter with our friends the George's. It was a blessed time with friends and we met a family who also relocated to Minnesota for a job at 3M. After lunch the boys hunted for Easter eggs. I have to note that the trees are already budding! I don't remember spring hitting until May last year, it is such a blessing to see signs of spring here already.
