We decided to drive rather than fly this year. Extra luggage costs and Bryce being 2 made the decision an easy one! We planned stops at malls and playgrounds and drove about 8 hours each day (plus stops). All in all is was a great decision for us, it was less stressful and we loved having our car with us. On the way down we ate dinner with a friend from college, Meaghan Nelson, in Champaign, IL and spent time with Lee's Uncle Mickey, Aunt Libby, and cousin Mamie in Spartanburg, SC.
