Minnesota State Fair

Lee took off Friday so we could go to the State Fair here in St. Paul. The Minnesota State Fair is a BIG deal up here, and this was our first time going. We actually live maybe 2 miles from the entrance...

The Fair is known for its food and food on a stick (from chocolate dipped waffles to fried velveeta). This year we ate cheese curds (fried cheese, delicious!), pronto pups (corn dogs made with a flour batter), chili cheese fries, and bacon on a stick. The double stroller was AMAZING, and for the most part the kids behaved beautifully.

It was last year around this time that we took Wyatt to the Alabam State Fair. We went in the evening, and he was eight weels old too. He loved all the lights! The food sounds amazing. I have always wanted to try fried Oreos. Yum!!
