Coupon question

This is a quick question for the girls who save tons of money at Publix and Kroger...do you know what websites I'd use to find deals in Minnesota? My main grocery stores are Cub, Rainbow Foods, and Super Target. I always shop the sale ads, but I never come up with savings close to what girls post on their "southern" blogs...
