A Day trip...
Lee and I went to Red Wing and Hastings, MN last Saturday. Red Wing is a small town about 1 hour southeast of us on the Mississippi River, and is home to Red Wing Shoes. We had some trouble finding a decent restaurant, so afterwards we ate at the Busted Nut in Hastings, MN (they serve peanuts then you throw them on the floor).

After the little one is born, you need to get a babysitter and go out to the Bayport Cookery. European style dining, matched wines, etc. Very posh, very tasty. Here's their website http://www.bayportcookery.com/
It is located just south of Redwing, I believe.
